We believe at the core, the lack of fun in fitness is the reason why we cannot achieve the Discipline, Consistency and Efficiency that is needed to attain the healthy lifestyle that we desire.

The Will Power Effect is not a one size fits all program. Once we get on a call and find that we’re a good fit, we set up a thorough assessment, set you up with the right trainer for you, and then create a training program that considers what you need and what will bring out your joy! There are so many different training styles, and each one brings out something different in every individual.

Customized Training

First, we assess and identify your training level.  Once we look at where you currently are and define your goals, we create the perfect program for you. Our training styles involve movement and calisthenics, strength training and conditioning and athletic training.  And not to worry! Our training is for everyone. We have worked with ages as young as 7 and as old as 78! We all have a body, and the body was meant to move!
